CreaTiles® ships orders Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays.

Orders are dispatched from Pittsford, New York, USA.

Most orders within the continental U.S. are delivered within 3 to 5 business days after payment processing. Please allow additional time for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be delivered via the US Postal Service.
Free Shipping Offer
Free standard shipping is available for U.S. orders placed at www.CreaTilesMagnets.com, valid only for orders shipping within the contiguous U.S. Choosing other shipping methods will incur additional fees.

Tracking Your Package
Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. You can track your package on the shipping carrier's website.
Return & Exchange Policy
At CreaTiles®, we take pride in the quality of our products. Most items can be returned within 90 days of purchase or delivery for a refund of the merchandise value. Please report any defective or damaged items immediately. A proof of purchase is required for all returns. We only accept returns from within the United States.
Only items purchased from www.CreaTilesMagnets.com with an original receipt are eligible for refunds or exchanges. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact the retailer directly for assistance.

Opened sets purchased from www.CreaTilesMagnets.com can only be exchanged (no refunds), with the original packing slip or receipt.

Replacements for Damaged Items
If you need assistance with a return or replacement of a defective product purchased from www.CreaTilesMagnets.com, contact us by email, and we'll assist you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, credited to your original method of payment. To return items, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you for printing.
